Eligibility: Open to all.

Rental Rates: Based on residential and nonresidential status.
Residents are Vandemere taxpayers and local churches within Town Limits. -
Waiver: A signed liability waiver is required before rental.

Responsible Party: The signer is responsible for rule compliance and any damages.

Deposit & Payment: $50 refundable deposit required. Forfeited if rules/cleanup not followed. Full payment due 10 business days before event. Cancellations made with less than 3 business days’ notice will forfeit payment, except in the case of severe weather or named storms.

Contact the Vandemere Mayor regarding the use of waterfront park rentals, including docks, gazebos, and pavilions. Fill out the reservation application and send it via mail or deliver it to the Town Hall. A $50 refundable deposit is required along with the application to reserve the venue.

Contact NC Wildlife for boat access permitting and fishing tournaments, and/or parking spaces for special use (i.e., social events other than boating events considered on a case-by-case basis). Communicate your events with the Vandemere Mayor. This helps to prevent overbooking the park.
